Let’s start from the second location you tested, Inuvik in Canada. This solution is not possible because, as you can see from the graph you sent me, a graph obtained with MyAstral and therefore very precise, the Houses are about 1 degree apart from each other and this is not possible: never go below 6-7 degrees for a single House.
Regarding the second location, I wonder why the Moon and Mercury voluntarily fall into the 12th House? If you go much further north, but on the same vertical, to Ufa, for example, you always get a Jupiter very close to the Medium Coeli, almost zero degrees away, but without dropping the Moon and Mercury in the 12th House.
Then you ask me something about the double presence of stars in the 9th and 11th House and you refer to my ASR 2022 near Antananarivo and Bangkok in 2023. I understand your concerns which perhaps always go in the direction of death and mourning.

Let’s start with your birth data, otherwise the other visitors to this space will not be able to understand: Rosignano Solvay, Italy, 7 September 1965, at 06.25 AM.
At this point your next ASR for Izmir, Turkey, is fine because Jupiter is on the cusp, Venus is on the cusp and Pluto is not on the cusp, but it only concerns the second House.
This, of course, net of the bi-stable effect of Jupiter on the Descendant, but we know this and accept it.
Let’s say something, now, on the issue of the “bee sting” with which it is possible to correctly correct a birth time: it is a method that I have experimented with for several decades and it works well, but there needs to be someone capable of asking precise questions and that you do not let yourself be influenced by those who answer.
However, remember that in the last thirty books at least, since I illustrated that method, I have published many examples of correcting the time of birth using Mars on the cusp in ALR’s even at very short geographical distances, to fully grasp the magnitude of a cusp.
I highly recommend you also add this method to finding your true birth time.
